About our International Motor Show Germany news

Latest news on the International Motor Show Germany (IAA), one of the world's largest mobility trade fairs, showcasing a variety of vehicles, technologies and innovations. The IAA consists of two separate fairs, that subdivided in 1991: the IAA MOBILITY, which displays passenger vehicles, motorcycles and bikes, and the IAA TRANSPORTATION, which specializes in commercial vehicles. The IAA is organized by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and is recognized as one of the "big five" most prestigious auto shows worldwide.

The IAA has a long history, dating back to 1897, when it was first held in Berlin with only eight motor vehicles on display. Since then, the IAA has moved to different locations, such as Frankfurt and Munich, and has expanded its scope to include various aspects of mobility, such as electric scooters, trams, buses and autonomous vehicles. The IAA also features conferences, test drives, exhibitions and events that explore the future of mobility and its challenges.

The next edition of the IAA will be held in 2024.
