    About our DALL-E news

Latest news on DALL-E, an AI system that can create images from text descriptions, using a large neural network trained on a dataset of text-image pairs. It was developed by OpenAI and introduced in January 2021. DALL-E can generate images for a wide range of concepts, such as animals, objects, scenes, and styles. DALL-E can also manipulate existing images by regenerating parts of them according to the text prompt.

DALL-E 2 is an improved version of DALL-E that was released in July 2022. It can generate more realistic and accurate images with four times greater resolution than DALL-E. It can also combine concepts, attributes, and styles in novel ways.

DALL-E 3 is the latest version of OpenAI's AI system that can create images from text descriptions. It is built natively on ChatGPT, which lets you use ChatGPT as a brainstorming partner and refiner of your prompts. DALL-E 3 was made available to ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise customers in October 2023 via the API, and in Labs later that fall. Microsoft would later add access to DALL-E 3 for users to create images right in Microsoft Copilot, previously known as Bing Chat.
