About our Terry Gou news

Latest news on Terry Gou, a Taiwanese billionaire businessman who is the founder and former chairman and chief executive officer of Foxconn. Foxconn is the world's largest contract manufacturer of electronics, whose top customers include Apple. He stepped down as Foxconn's boss in 2019 to make a bid for the presidency of Taiwan, but failed to be nominated by the Kuomintang (KMT), the main opposition party that favours close ties with China. He is seeking the presidential nomination for KMT again for the 2024 election.
