About our Nova Kakhovka Dam news

Latest news on the Nova Kakhovka dam, a vast Soviet-era dam located in the Russian-controlled part of southern Ukraine. The dam was allegedly blown up on Tuesday 6 June 2023, unleashing a flood of water across the war zone. Ukraine has accused Russia of blowing up the huge dam which provides water to both Crimea and the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
